Artist's Comments
This fish mimics the wishing fish, luring victims in with its flashy tail and bright colors. However, you can tell a false wishing fish from a true wishing fish, because the false variety actually wants to be caught, after which he will try to sell you something, enticing you with the promise of wishes (which are obviously never delivered). On a side note, the skin of this fish is rumored to be highly toxic, and deadly if eaten. This has not been confirmed, however, since this fish does not actually exist.
